A daydreaming in the Cardiologist’s case comes from the Supreme Court, all the developments.
The long -running case of the murder of 63 -year -old cardiologist Christodoulos Kalantzakis shocked her Crete in 2017 as he was a person particularly dear on the island. The unfortunate cardiologist fell dead after the death of his wife’s lover. He shot him through his car in a turn with boats for wild boars. A child’s father left his last breath on the asphalt.
The court had first convicted his 43 -year -old wife as she and her 42 -year -old lover organized them all and implemented the doctor’s extermination plan. In the secondary, life imprisonment “broke”, imposed a 15 -year prison for her, and after she was sentenced to five years in prison, the so -called “black widow” was released on condition.
But the assassination case is reopening with the request of the Supreme Court as it released the Heraklion MOE decision. Lawyer Kiki Pakirtzidou again brought the overthrow in the long -running case, speaking to Star.
How did they perform the cardiologist
It was 9 on the morning of October 7, 2017 when Christodoulos Kalantzakis traveled by his car from Sitia to Long Glass in order to go to the clinic he maintains in the area to examine his patients. When the cardiologist arrived at Koutsouras’ pilot, the 37 -year -old lover of his wife waited for him and opened fire with a hunting shotgun against the car. The cardiologist’s wife confessed that they had a love affair with the perpetrator and that together they planned the murder of the cardiologist. According to what was then known, the illegal relationship between the two lovers were dating from a long time with the perpetrator coming from Bulgaria exclusively for this purpose: to set up and carry out the ambush of death to the 62 -year -old doctor.
